Dr. Bosch has provided more than 9 years of forensic engineering support to the legal and insurance industries, including expert testimony for numerous aspects of product liability, personal injury and criminal cases including but not limited to the following:

Dr. Bosch has testified on behalf of plaintiff and defendant for insurance companies, private attorneys and manufacturing companies. He has acted as a forensic engineering consultant on over 125 cases. He has been deposed over 20 times and has testified in trial.

Dr. Bosch's industrial experience included research and development with a focus on the manufacturing and testing of discrete and embedded microelectronics and Micro-Electrical-Mechanical-Systems (MEMS) including pressure and acceleration sensors for applications in the automotive industry. His industrial experience also included extensive experience with product manufacturing equipment; equipment controls systems, manufacturing processes, safety systems and protocols, process and quality control systems and protocols.

Dr. Bosch currently provides engineered designs to several local metal fabrication businesses and LPG gas fired systems designs to a firm that fabricates custom equipment for fire fighter training.

Dr. Bosch’s technical background is unique. Dr. Bosch's family owned and operated for more than 50 years an International Truck Dealership in South Dakota. Dr. Bosch began working in the shop at 9 years of age. He eventually worked his way up to ASE Master Technician certification and International Harvester's Tech Star certification. Dr. Bosch was responsible for all aspects of vehicle repair. During his tenure at the dealership he participated in motorcycle and automobile racing, constructing his own equipment including fuel systems, chassis, suspensions, engines, drive trains and body components.

After graduating from high school, Dr. Bosch worked for a general contractor where he learned the building trade. His education in the construction trades included learning concrete work, erection of steel structures, carpentry and cabinetry, drywall finishing, and many other types of work. He worked his way up to a supervisory position before returning to work with his parents at the truck dealership.

Before beginning college, Dr. Bosch also worked at a motorcycle dealership where he was responsible for motorcycle, snowmobile and boat diagnostics and repair. Dr. Bosch has ridden motorcycles in excess of 1 million miles.
